AI Voice Generation:

Convert text to natural speech with multiple voices and languages.

Voice Cloning:

Create AI copies of real voices from audio samples.

Customization:

Adjust speed, intonation, and voice parameters.

API:

Integrate services into your applications.

Note:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature without prior notice. We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Account Registration:

• You must provide accurate and updated information

• Each person may only create one account

• Do not share your account with others

Security:

• You are responsible for password security and all activities under your account

• Notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized access

• Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication (if available)

Responsibility:

• You are responsible for all content created and activities performed through your account

• Maziao is not liable for damages from account compromise if due to your fault

Illegal Content:

• Create content violating Vietnamese or international law

• Distribute misinformation, fraud, or harmful content

• Violate third-party intellectual property rights

Technical Abuse:

• Attack, hack, or disrupt systems

• Use bots or automated scripts without permission

• Exploit security vulnerabilities (please report to us)

Sensitive Content:

• Clone others' voices without consent

• Create deepfakes or fake content for deception

• Pornographic, violent, or hateful content

• Spam or unwanted advertising

Consequences:

Violations may result in warning, suspension, or permanent account deletion without refund.

Pricing:

• Prices displayed in VND and may change with notice

• VAT (if applicable) will be added according to law

Payment Methods:

• International credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard)

• E-wallets (Momo, ZaloPay, VNPay)

• Bank transfer

Credits:

• 1 credit = 1 text character

• Credits have no expiration date

• Credits cannot be transferred or converted to cash

• Unused credits are forfeited when closing account

Refund Policy:

• 100% refund within 7 days if credits unused

• Proportional refund if partially used (maximum 30 days)

• No refunds for accounts locked due to violations

• Refund requests: billing@maziao.com

Auto-renewal:

• Subscription plans auto-renew unless canceled 24h before

• You can cancel anytime in account settings

Your Rights:

• You retain full ownership of text content and audio files you upload

• You own the AI-generated voices created from the service

• You may use content for personal or commercial purposes

License to Maziao:

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to:

• Process and store your content

• Improve AI models (data is anonymized)

• Display content in your account

Maziao's Rights:

• Maziao owns all rights to the platform, technology, AI models, and brand

• Logo and "Maziao" trademark are protected by intellectual property law

• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the service

Copyright Complaints:

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, contact: dmca@maziao.com

Disclaimer:

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, including:

• Warranties of accuracy, quality, or fitness for particular purpose

• Warranties of continuous, error-free, or secure operation

• Warranties of specific results from using the service

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maziao is NOT liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities

• Damages from viruses, malware, or cyber attacks

• Actions of other users

Maximum Liability:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and defend Maziao from all claims and damages arising from:

• Your violation of these terms

• Your violation of third-party rights

• Content you create or upload

Termination by You:

• You may close your account anytime in settings

• Data will be deleted after 30 days (recovery period)

• Unused credits may be refunded per policy

Termination by Maziao:

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate terms of use

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Non-payment

• Service abuse or system harm

• Law enforcement request

Consequences:

• Service access will be immediately revoked

• Data may be deleted without prior notice

• No refunds for accounts locked due to violations

Surviving Terms:

Terms regarding intellectual property, liability limitation, and dispute resolution remain effective after termination.

Right to Modify:

We may update these terms anytime to reflect:

• Service or new feature changes

• Legal or regulatory requirements

• Security or privacy improvements

Notice:

• Minor changes: Update "Last Updated" date at top

• Major changes: Email notification at least 30 days before

• You can view change history at: maziao.com/terms/history

Acceptance:

• Continued use after changes means you accept new terms

• If you disagree, you may close your account and request refund per policy

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law.

Negotiation:

Before litigation, parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation for 30 days.

Arbitration:

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through arbitration at Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) under VIAC rules.

Court:

If arbitration is not feasible, disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Class Action Waiver:

You agree not to participate in any class action lawsuit against Maziao.

Entire Agreement:

These terms together with the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Maziao.

Severability:

If any term is invalid, remaining terms remain effective.

No Waiver:

Our failure to enforce any term does not mean waiving the right to enforce later.

Assignment:

• You may not assign rights under these terms

• Maziao may assign rights to affiliates or successors

Language:

In case of conflict between Vietnamese and English versions, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
